1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with enrolment or continued use of the site.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and Arun Intellect.

3. Enrolment and Eligibility

Our courses are open to individuals aged 18 and over. Certain courses specify a recommended level of prior knowledge; it is your responsibility to read each course description carefully to determine whether a course is appropriate for your background.

Enrolment is confirmed only once Arun Intellect has received full payment of the applicable course fee and has sent a written confirmation to the email address you provided. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute enrolment.

We reserve the right to decline or defer an enrolment where we reasonably believe the course is not a suitable fit for a prospective learner's current level, or where the minimum cohort size for a given intake has not been reached. In such cases we will notify you promptly and offer alternative options where possible.

4. Course Access and Delivery

Courses are delivered online. Access to course materials is granted from the confirmed start date of your intake. The scheduled duration of each course is as follows:

Mentor feedback sessions are scheduled within the course timetable. We endeavour to maintain these sessions as planned; in the event of a necessary reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice and offer a suitable alternative time.

Access to course materials remains available for a period of four weeks after the course end date, to allow time for review. Extended access beyond this period is not included in the standard fee and may be requested at our discretion.

We may update course materials between intakes to reflect improvements or changes in the field. Such updates will not materially reduce the scope or quality of the programme you enrolled in.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current fees are:

Payment is required in full prior to the course start date. We do not currently offer instalment payment plans unless separately agreed in writing. Payment is processed via our third-party payment provider; we do not store card details.

Fees listed on the website at the time of your enrolment confirmation are the fees that apply to your intake. Any subsequent fee changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. We will acknowledge your request within two working days and process any applicable refund within 10 working days.

If Arun Intellect cancels an intake — for example, due to insufficient enrolments — all enrolled learners will receive a full refund of the course fee and will be offered priority enrolment in the next available intake.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including guides, exercises, templates, recorded sessions, and website content, are the intellectual property of Arun Intellect and are protected by applicable copyright law.

As an enrolled learner, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use course materials for the duration of your access period. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sublicense, or resell any part of the course materials without our prior written consent.

Work produced by you as part of your course projects remains your own intellectual property. You grant Arun Intellect a limited licence to use anonymised or aggregate descriptions of learner project outcomes for educational and marketing purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

8. Learner Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful, calm learning environment for all participants. As a learner, you agree to:

Arun Intellect reserves the right to withdraw access, without refund, from any learner who materially breaches these conduct expectations, after reasonable notice and an opportunity to address the concern.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our courses are designed to support learning; outcomes depend on individual effort, background, and circumstances. Arun Intellect does not make representations about specific results, career outcomes, or employment that may follow from completing a course.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Arun Intellect's liability for any claim arising from enrolment or use of our services is limited to the fee paid by the learner for the relevant course.

We are not liable for interruptions to course access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party platforms, natural events, or network outages. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and reschedule affected sessions.

10. Third-Party Services

Course delivery may involve the use of third-party platforms for video calls, file sharing, or exercise environments. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Arun Intellect is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers; however, we take reasonable care in selecting tools that meet appropriate standards for data handling and reliability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. Where possible, we prefer to resolve disagreements through direct and good-faith dialogue before any formal process is initiated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued enrolment or use of our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
